Reason for Return

Please advise the reason for the return and if possible, please consider an exchange to make the process faster and fairer for both the Customer and Supplier.  We are both Australian businesses and need to work together for our mutual interests in the betterment of Australian manufacturing.

Order arrival Recommendation

Once you receive your order, please check the receipted goods, pricing and quantity against your purchase order. Please confirm the correct items were received, the items are in as new/expected condition.  Should this not be the case please contact Cryocut immediately preferable by email.

Return Timeframe

Cryocut provides a 45-day timeframe to request a return or exchange.

Steps to finalise return

Please email Cryocut -  admin@cryocut.com and send in a safe/protective packaging to – Cryocut Australia: 97 Bainbridge Street, Ormiston, QLD 4160.  Ph:0438600915 Please ensure you email the above-mentioned address prior to sending the item/s.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved Cryocut will process via the  original payment method within 5 business days – this is not including the time taken by your bank to process the transaction which is out of our control.

In case the refund was not approved, we will notify you and the goods will be returned to you. Shipping charges will apply.  

Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with no damage whatsoever. Please also ensure the packaging is saleable – i.e. boxing, packaging and any paperwork, barcodes are still intact

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Promotion / Sale items are typically not valid for return/refund.  However if you are in financial stress we will consider this on a case by case basis to assist you and your business

We are happy to offer a return for exchange – please select a new item for us to supply using the return as exchange.
