Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cryocut. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Receipt of order confirmation

After your order is placed and payment is received you will receive an email confirmation detailing your ordered items and pricing

2. Order processing

Your order will be processed on the day in which payment is receipted. The cut off time for processing is 2pm AEST.

3. Delivery timeframes

Depending on your location some orders may ship to metro areas within 2 business days and some may take up to 14 days for regional/isolated locations.

4. Shipment locations 

• Within Australia only

5. Shipping rates 

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

Please be advised:

1. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
2. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
3. If “leave at location” is selected, this is done so at the buyers risk and is out of control of Cryocut.
