CRYOCUT® SYN 290 exceeds the needs of the Australian machine shop where one fluid is preferred and used on multiple applicitions, materials and machine types. CRYOCUT® SYN 290 is a completely clean running synthetic where non oil clenliness meets high performance extreme pressure additives synergising "new age" raw materials and additives improving cut-zone tool life and sump life. Industry leadig formulation "drops out" ferrous chips keeping the circulating mix clean.
High performance Corrosion control - Protects high cost capital equipment/high speed spindles and precision ground surfaces, tooling including back end tooling adapters, jigs fixtures and the machined component from corrosion.
Operator friendly - raw materials and additives selected to minimise skin irritation, low misting, low depletion rates whilst still delivering the required cut zone performance. Complete cut zone visibility in machine.
Foam is minimised with the use of high performance additives selected to target foam in high pressure, low water hardness applications - nil foam even in zero hardness water.
High performance Microbial/Bacterial Control package to extend sump life and all round cleanliness to deliver operator acceptance and hyper machine tool sump life. Completely clean running inhibiting all microbial growth.
NOTE-FOR THE ABOVE PERFORMANCE THE FLUIDS CONCENTRATION NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED @ 5%-10%=2%-4% ONLY ON REFRACTOMETER@ 2.6 refractometer factor
